Application Process
The majority of our positions are filled 10-12 weeks from the time of posting and follow the hiring process details outlined here. Candidacy status notifications will be sent via email at each hiring process stage. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Review our job board and use the apply button featured on each job description. Applications take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Candidates are invited to submit video recorded responses using our video interviewing platform, SparkHire (approximately 10-15 minutes to complete). Questions are designed to learn more about your professional experience.

Candidates connect with our talent acquisition team to explore more about the open position, compensation, hiring timeline and ask any questions. Afterwards, candidates are invited to complete a performance task within a specified timeline. The performance task is designed to assess how the candidate would use their knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the day-to-day responsibilities in the role (approximately 1-2 hours to complete).

Candidates are invited to complete a final interview via Zoom. Typically, interviews consist of two parts 1) deepen our understanding of your knowledge, skills and experiences/follow up on your performance task submission, and 2) explore team/culture (approximately 90-120 minutes total).

Reference checks are completed after the final interview. Candidates are asked to share 3-5 professional references including a previous supervisor and direct report, if appropriate.

After the job application process is fulfilled and the internal hiring team has completed each step and selected a candidate for the job, a verbal and written offer is provided to the selected candidate to consider.
