Achievement Network, or ANet, provides actionable support to educators. For nearly 20 years, we’ve partnered with schools, districts, and systems to create classrooms where every student can thrive.

At ANet, we are committed to living out our core values across our organization and with our partners. We acknowledge that systemic inequities impact student access to opportunities and that in order to ensure educational equity for all students, we must center on the experiences of those from marginalized communities to guide our work. We work to deepen our understanding of how race, class, power and privilege influence the education system as well as influence our own perspectives.

Prior to joining ANet, she spearheaded the ThinkMath team in California and DC, supporting instructional leaders around math enrichment and intervention programs, as well as supporting new teachers through TNTP and Teach for America. Prior to her role leading networks, Kimberly was the founding Executive Director of ANet’s Ohio Network, where she worked alongside district, charter, nonprofit and community leaders to pursue data-driven instruction and equity in Northeast Ohio schools. In her earlier years at ANet Kimberly designed innovative professional learning opportunities for leaders and teachers, and she coached schools as a Director of School Support in our Washington, D.C. network.
Kimberly’s education career began as a founding teacher and later as a principal and Director of Academics in Ohio; she also served as Middle School Director and Director of Assessment and Professional Development at Washington Latin Public Charter School (DC).
Kimberly has a B.A. in English and Cinema from Denison University and pursued graduate studies in Educational Leadership at Antioch McGregor University. Watch this video to learn more about Kimberly!

Soji came to Turnaround from the “I Have A Dream” Foundation, a national education equity focused non-profit. There she oversaw the execution of the Foundation’s strategic direction, developed the organization’s capacity for sustainability and growth, and led the implementation of programs and policies designed to raise student achievement and outcomes. Before this, Soji held several leadership positions in program management, organizational design, risk management, and technology implementation in the for-profit sector. Soji began her career as a management consultant advising organizations on using technology and human capital to achieve growth and leading teams to achieve ambitious performance goals.
Soji is a design, data and technology enthusiast who believes that organizational excellence is the foundation for strong outcomes. She holds an Engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania and is an alumna of the Education Pioneers Fellowship.

Under Xuan's leadership, Upsider (acquired by Recruiter.com) developed an industry leading predictive analytics platform which can cut recruiter sourcing time by up to 40%. Prior to founding Upsider, he served as a Technical Architect, responsible for managing the design and development of large-scale custom development projects. Xuan is passionate about mentorship in software engineering and has designed curricula to better engage junior high and high school students in Computer Science.
