Support Every Step of the Way

ANet has a team of people supporting you both in your building and behind the scenes to help you with every issue from a moment of panic on assessment administration day to addressing the instructional needs of your most marginalized students.

A Personal Coach

Most of our partners work with a coach who brings the human touch and serves as your main point of contact. They are your thought partner, sharing best practices learned from experience, and connect your school or district's needs with ANet's vast knowledge and resources. Coaching is the key to help you use assessments and other data points appropriately to inform instruction across your system.

Technical Support

Our Program Operations Team manages the logistical setup, training and support for utilizing our instructional products: including our myANet website, our diagnostics/assessments, and our quiz tool. A Partnership Manager

Your PM checks in with you throughout the year on the progress of our partnership, to discuss what is working well and where there may be opportunities to adjust. They will also work with you to understand your community's evolving needs and be your thought partner on how ANet can best support those needs over time.

Contracting Support

Our Contracting and Finance Support Team manages the completion of the procurement requirements for your school, district or CMO, contract finalizations and signature facilitation, invoicing and payment collection. You can reach this team at contracts@achievementnetwork.org.
